Military veterans and whistleblowers appeared Tuesday morning before a House Oversight Committee panel to testify about unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs).
The hearing was slated to focus on the Pentagon’s disclosures about UFOs and the effectiveness of the Defense Department’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office.
“The American people deserve maximum transparency from the federal government on sightings, acquisitions, and examinations of UAPs and whether they pose a potential threat to Americans’ safety,” Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.), who chairs the committee’s Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, said last week.
The event was scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. EDT.
