President Trump and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer met Thursday for talks on trade, technology and the wars in Ukraine and Gaza.

The two world leaders will hold a joint press conference later in the morning following a business reception, where they signed off on a “Tech Prosperity Deal,” which will focus on investments in artificial intelligence and other emerging tech.

The deal also includes a $42 billion pledge from Microsoft and commitments from other firms to boost quantum computing and nuclear energy.

Trump said the agreement with “help America and our British allies dominate the future of artificial intelligence.”

The duo were joined by members of the business community for the event, including Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang and Blackstone CEO Steve Schwarzman.

The press conference is scheduled to begin at 9:20 a.m. EDT.
