President Trump and first lady Melania Trump on Wednesday will attend the arrival ceremony of the late evangelist Billy Graham.
The preacher and adviser to a number of presidents will lie in honor in the Capitol Rotunda. Graham is the first person to lie in honor since civil rights legend Rosa Parks in 2005.
