Watch live: Trump speaks about infrastructure plan
President Trump is set to deliver remarks Wednesday on rebuilding American infrastructure.
The event follows a Tuesday speech in the Rose Garden during which Trump targeted former Vice President Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, at length over his Washington career and campaign stances on a number of issues, including domestic infrastructure.
Trump is expected to speak at 3:10 p.m. EDT.
