President Biden and Vice President Harris are set to deliver remarks after former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was found guilty on all charges in the murder of George Floyd.
The verdict in Chauvin’s trial was read Tuesday evening.
Earlier on Tuesday, Biden said he was “praying the verdict is the right verdict” and called the evidence against Chauvin “overwhelming.”
