Watch live: House panel holds contempt vote on Barr
The House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday is set to hold a vote on a resolution holding Attorney General William Barr in contempt of Congress over subpoenas related to the Mueller report.
The Justice Department told committee Chairman Jarrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) on Tuesday that it will ask President Trump to invoke executive privilege over the Mueller report if the committee votes on the matter.
The committee meeting will begin at 10 a.m.
