Rep. Aaron Schock (R-Ill.) apparently didn’t give House Republican leaders a heads up about his decision to resign from Congress.
{mosads}Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-N.C.), the House GOP’s deputy whip, told The Hill that the Republican leadership team learned of Schock’s decision secondhand.
