Count Hillary Clinton among the fans of “House of Cards.”
The Democratic presidential front-runner says she’s catching up on the Netflix political thriller, which follows the wheeling and dealing of a corrupt and devious fictional President Francis Underwood and his wife Claire, played by Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright.
{mosads}“Right now, we were so late in watching ‘House of Cards,’ ” Clinton told MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell in a wide-ranging interview Friday.
“We’re nearly done with the season,” Clinton added.
But it seems former President Bill Clinton may have gotten a head start on the series, which debuted its third season February.
Spacey, who’s said to count the ex-commander in chief among his friends, said in a March interview while doing his best Clinton impression, “Kevin, 99 percent of what you do on that show is real.”
Continuing with the Clinton impression, Spacey told Gotham magazine, “The 1 percent you get wrong is that you could never get an education bill passed that fast.”
Hillary Clinton isn’t the only 2016 White House hopeful who’s tuned in to the program — GOP presidential candidate Carly Fiorina has called “House of Cards” her “favorite show.”
