Rep. Tom Marino (R-Pa.), who is supporting Donald Trump, says a face-to-face meeting between the Republican presidential candidate and GOP congressional leaders will happen soon.
{mosads}Marino tells The Hill’s Molly K. Hooper that a sit-down is “going to happen, in my humble opinion, very shortly.”
Trump met with a handful of lawmakers backing him on Capitol Hill on Monday.
“Donald wants to and is starting to work more and talk more with Republicans in the House and Senate,” Marino added.
“And I have had more than a few say to me, ‘I support him, but I don’t know if I should come out and endorse.'”
