‘Will & Grace’ cast reunites to encourage voter turnout

The cast of “Will & Grace” is reuniting in a new scene that takes swipes at Donald Trump and encourages Americans to “vote, honey.”

Appearing as their original characters from the popular sitcom, which ran on NBC from 1998 to 2006, actors Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes engage in a spirited discussion about the 2016 presidential race.

“I can’t even talk to somebody if I know that they’re going to vote for [Trump],” McCormack, who plays title character Will Truman, says.

{mosads}“Oh please, you said you’d make bang-bang in the rotunda with Paul Ryan,” Messing, as Grace Adler, quips.

“Trump! Trump! Trump!,” Mullally, as the show’s out-of-touch socialite, Karen Walker, says, while entering Will and Grace’s apartment holding a pro-Trump bag and waving American flags. “Make America bueno again!” she exclaims.

“Honey, you know that Donny is one of my oldest friends,” Mullally says, explaining her support for the GOP nominee. “I helped him pick out Melania.”

“Honey, if you don’t vote for Trumpie,” Mullally tells Sean Hayes’s character, “there will be wars, and monsoons, and locusts, and hoards of brown people pouring over our borders from every direction. I mean it’s one thing if you’re sitting in the audience in ‘Hamilton,’ but do you really want to see those people everywhere?”

A hashtag at the end of the 10-minute video released Monday instructs viewers to #VoteHoney.

Messing is a prominent supporter of Hillary Clinton, appearing onstage at the Democratic National Convention in July.
