Actor Jon Voight supports Trump’s Google theory
Jon Voight says the mainstream media is picking sides in the 2016 presidential election, saying it doesn’t want Donald Trump occupying the Oval Office.
{mosads}“The mainstream media is in the tank for the Democrat Party,” Voight told TMZ in a video posted Thursday.
The 77-year-old “Deliverance” actor and outspoken Republican also agreed with Trump’s remarks about a certain tech giant.
“Google’s search engine was suppressing the bad news about Hillary Clinton. How about that?” Trump, the GOP presidential nominee, said at a Wednesday rally in Wisconsin.
“Google’s certainly working for Hillary,” Voight said Thursday. “There’s no doubt about that.”
When asked who should moderate the next debate, Voight replied, “I think the next moderator is also from the left, so we’ll have to see if they can be properly fair.”
ABC News’s Martha Raddatz and CNN’s Anderson Cooper are poised to moderate the second presidential debate, on Oct. 9.
After the first debate, Trump gave NBC News’s Lester Holt a C and accused the moderator of being easier on Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.
