GOP rep pushes back on ‘high expectations’ for Trump, Congress
Even with control of the White House and both chambers of Congress, it “will be tough” for the GOP to get everything it wants early next year, one Republican lawmaker says.
“I hope the American people don’t expect us to do everything overnight or all at once,” Rep. Jimmy Duncan (R-Tenn.) told The Hill.

Lawmakers in the 115th Congress are sharing their predictions with The Hill about what President-elect Donald Trump’s first actions will be in the new year.
