New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) is set to hold a press conference on Thursday morning.
The appearance comes after another night of protests following the police killing of George Floyd, an unarmed black man, in Minneapolis last week.
De Blasio is scheduled to speak at 10 a.m. EDT.
