Rep. Luis Gutiérrez (D-Ill.), who is boycotting Donald Trump’s inauguration, thinks there will be a huge crowd attending a march protesting the president-elect’s policies the next day.
“I predict there will be one million women there,” Gutiérrez said in an interview with The Hill’s Molly K. Hooper.
