WATCH: Trump has to be ‘charming’ to lawmakers, GOP strategist says
President Trump will hit a speed bump in his fast-paced first days in office when it comes time to pass legislation, a GOP strategist says.

{mosads}Feehery, a veteran GOP Capitol Hill aide and author of the Feehery Theory, suggested Trump work to engage lawmakers.
“Donald Trump’s going to be extraordinarily frustrated by this. … If he’s going to be successful, he has got to be charming to these guys to get them on the same page,” he said.
Watch the video above to hear Feehery discuss his take on what Trump should expect in dealing with Congress.
