President Trump on Wednesday afternoon held a signing ceremony for bipartisan legislation that requires the National School Lunch Program to include whole milk and 2 percent milk. The signing of the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act of 2025 came after the Trump administration unveiled new dietary guidelines last week. The updated guidelines are represented by an upside-down pyramid which places vegetables, fruits, proteins and dairy at the top and whole grains at the bottom.
