GOP strategist: ‘Dying to pull off my stilettos’ and protest Trump

A top Republican strategist who opposed Donald Trump says she’s “dying” to join the protests erupting across the country in the days since the election.

Ana Navarro tweeted Friday night that while she respects the “office of the presidency & the electoral process,” she is “dying to pull off my stilettos & join a protest!!”

{mosads}Hundreds of protestors have flooded the streets in major cities across the country over the election results.

One man was shot Friday night during a protest in Portland.

Navarro was a vocal opponent of Trump throughout the election season.

She voted for Hillary Clinton — the first time in her life she voted against a Republican nominee, she said.

Navarro, who served as the national Hispanic campaign chairwoman for John McCain in 2008 and backed Jeb Bush during the Republican primary, previously said Trump was not only “unfit to be president, he’s unfit to be a human.”

She often blasted Trump for his “textbook racist remarks” and cited his rhetoric on immigrants as one of the reasons she voted for Clinton.
